Every Thursday at 6:00 P.M., Market Fresh Bistro hosts a seven course tasting menu either celebrating one farm on Maui or one region of the world, like Taste of France or Taste of Cuba….always showcasing veggies, beef, fish or lamb from Hawai’i . Everyone goes in and sits at one long table and eats together….It’s a great experience for tourists and locals alike! This Thursday, Nov. 28th, they will be closed for Thanksgiving and will host a special dinner on Friday Nov. 29th, 2013.
Market Fresh Bistro is the brainchild of Chef Justin Pardo, David Magenheim, & Olivia Coletti. It is located in a small sized restaurant with a quaint European style courtyard in Makawao Hawaii. Market Fresh Bistro is striving to be the global platform, showcasing Hawaii’s finest produce and products. Although the slow food style of the restaurant is European, what makes it Hawaiʻian are the ingredients and Aloha Spirit.
